Step Two: Interview Meeting
- Upon receiving your application, we will contact you to schedule an interview. This is mandatory for every prospective family and student. Acceptance into the center is contingent upon family and students understanding the expectations of Sanad Prep. Likewise, we must be clear on your expectations of us.
- Before attending the interview meeting, families should:

- Email documents to Sanad Prep Coordinator Fareeza Ghani Ali at fareeza@archive.sanadtrust.org
- Last 3 years of child’s most recent final report cards & FSA/EOC Scores.
- A letter of recommendation from the previous Head of School or teacher
- Any record of Qur’an/Islamic Studies previously covered at home or another institution.
- The parent(s) and student(s) must be present at the interview.
- At the interview, we will answer questions, review the questionnaire and parent and student contract.
- An admissions offer letter will be provided upon approval and as requested by families within 48 hours of the Interview Meeting.
- Families will have one week to respond to accept/decline the invitation to enroll at Sanad Prep. In order to guarantee the student’s seat, the registration fee (first month’s tuition and one-time fees) and enrollment forms must be collected within one week of receiving the acceptance letter.
Step Three: County Program Enrollment *if offered admission to Sanad Prep
- We will then enroll, together with you, the Sanad Prep student into the respective county program.
Please note that Sanad Prep enrollment is final after:
- Receiving the signed parent contract/enrollment agreement
- Receiving the registration fee (first month’s tuition and one-time fee)
- County Enrollment is complete and the student is approved
